About Us

Homie owns and manages a growing portfolio of homes for students to share in university cities across the UK. We’re raising the standard of student living by modernising tired buildings and delivering newly refurbished, well-designed, and sustainable homes.

Make your next house a Homie.

Tom's Story

I’m Tom Ferber and I founded Homie after nearly two decades in the student housing sector. My vision started back when I was living in shared properties myself and saw how much difference a well-designed, well-run house can make to student life.
At Homie our aim is simple: we spot tired buildings, breathe new life into them, and hand the keys to students who expect better than just “okay”. We build homes that are comfortable to live in, easy to manage, and genuinely designed for the way students live now.

Meet the team

We’re a friendly bunch working together to make shared living easy, comfortable, and stress-free. Some of us are based in London, others are out and about in the regions where our houses are, but we all stay connected and work as one team.

Whether it’s sorting maintenance, answering questions, or making sure everything’s running smoothly, we’ve got your back, wherever you’re living.
