Yes they were always quite quick in their response. And kind and understanding when there were some inconveniencs caused from our side related to the rents.

From sorting deposits, to welcoming them at the property and the support she has had when she has been at the there has been amazing and second to none. When any problems arise with maintenance or lost keys, Lee is always available and straight the property to sort. Even at the end of the term Lee has been available with instructions before they leave and advice where needed. Will recommend this company to any parents who want they're children in safe hands!
