34 Rippingham Road is a six-bedroom student house in Withington, Manchester, where every bedroom is ensuite. It has an identical Homie house next door. It’s ideal for a big friendship group at The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University. You’ll pay £186 per person per week with all bills included, plus a £50 deposit.

The house is being refurbished this summer, ready for a September 2027 move-in, so there’s no summer rent to pay and you move into a newly refurbished house. A new loft conversion will add two bedrooms, the house will have 6 new bathrooms and be redecorated throughout. The photos show other refurbished Homie houses, to give you an idea of the finish and style to expect, and the floorplan shows the proposed layout. Speak to the Homie team for more detail on the works.
