We want to make your life as simple as possible, so we include all of your utility bills (gas, electricity, water, WiFi) in the rental figure that you see on the property listing. As long as all tenants are full time students, you will be exempt from paying council tax.
We collect rent by direct debit. You will receive an invitation from our payments platform, Concurrent, to set up your direct debit before the start of your tenancy.

We use a platform called Concurrent, and here you can set up either a Direct Debit or bank transfer from the platform itself. The payments dates and amounts that you've agreed in your contract has been moved over, and this will be reflected in the platform.
