In the event that you drop out of Uni, you can continue to live in your home until the end of your tenancy. Please note that as a non student you will become liable for council tax.

You can find a new tenant to take over your room from the date that you move out. Please contact us and we will help you with this process. In the event that you do not find a replacement tenant, you will need to continue paying rent until the end of your tenancy.
