Lived here 3 years and have loved it

I’ve been with Homie for the past 2 years, and it’s been a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout. Special thanks to Lee, who has been incredibly responsive, professional, and always helpful whenever any issues came up. From the move-in process to handling maintenance requests, everything was managed efficiently and with a personal touch. It’s rare to find an agency that combines professionalism with genuine care for tenants, but Homie does just that. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and friendly lettings support!

Yes they were always quite quick in their response. And kind and understanding when there were some inconveniencs caused from our side related to the rents.

I love living here, it’s the best place I’ve lived at since starting uni! So worth the price, it’s close to campus but also in a quieter area and it’s so pretty in the seasons too. The management are so lovely, they always got the extra mile to do things like decorate for Halloween and Christmas and are always friendly faces too! I could not recommend this place enough, the gym and social spaces are great for studying or relaxing and I love my room so much, it’s so spacious and I’ve not had any issues since living here!

Leazes Parade is a wonderful student accommodation, with many activities and events. The staff on-site is always ready to help with any issue and are super welcoming and spontaneous!

The student house is amazing — modern, clean, and really well looked after. Easily one of the best student accommodations I’ve stayed in — highly recommend!

Friendly staff! Everyone's super accommodating & leazes provides great amenities :) Location might be far from centre but you've got everything you need nearby like Iceland & halal shops. They're quick to respond to any issues as well.
