Our house owner is John and since moving here he has been nothing but really supportive. Any problem we’ve had is managed to fix in QuickTime. We’ve had issues and he’s always been respectful and not rude. He’s always nice to us and he’s always supportive when we come to him with an issue. The site as a whole is also really easy to work your way around and reporting issues have been easy to do. So far it has been very successful.

I stayed at Leazes Parade for a year and it has been a very good experience in terms of the facilities, the staff and their efficiency. It is very affordable for students and offers great amenities like common rooms, gym, maintenance support and on site parking. The staff is friendly and always prompt and helpful. It’s safe and a good distance from the universities and city centre. I would definitely recommend it to any students looking to stay in the area

Yes they were always quite quick in their response. And kind and understanding when there were some inconveniencs caused from our side related to the rents.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Being a mother worried about her daughter going to university I was so happy to see the support she has from Lee Ramsey the manager. From sorting deposits, to welcoming them at the property and the support she has had when she has been at the there has been amazing and second to none. When any problems arise with maintenance or lost keys, Lee is always available and straight the property to sort. Even at the end of the term Lee has been available with instructions before they leave and advice where needed. Will recommend this company to any parents who want they're children in safe hands! If I could give more stars I would!

So far booking viewings and then the property itself has been a great experience. The landlord was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we need to complete our booking with a calm mind. Exited to get moved in, highly recommend!

My experience with this company has been fantastic - especially Lee ! They’re always helpful, quick to respond, and genuinely care about their tenants. The student house is amazing — modern, clean, and really well looked after. Easily one of the best student accommodations I’ve stayed in — highly recommend!

I love living here, it’s the best place I’ve lived at since starting uni! So worth the price, it’s close to campus but also in a quieter area and it’s so pretty in the seasons too. The management are so lovely, they always got the extra mile to do things like decorate for Halloween and Christmas and are always friendly faces too! I could not recommend this place enough, the gym and social spaces are great for studying or relaxing and I love my room so much, it’s so spacious and I’ve not had any issues since living here!

Friendly staff! Everyone's super accommodating & leazes provides great amenities :) Location might be far from centre but you've got everything you need nearby like Iceland & halal shops. They're quick to respond to any issues as well.

Mine and my friends experience finding a second year house was so stressful until we spoke to Lee who quickly sorted us with an amazing house, its clean, modern and just gorgeous. The lady who showed us round was brilliant and helped us with any questions. Really recommend looking for housing through Lee, 10/10 experience!!!!

I've been with Homie all year and they have been so accommodating and reasonable with all of our requests. Specifically Lee, every issue we've had has been sorted like that by him. He always keeps us updated on everything we need to know and is just a friendly guy all around.
