The property has been sold by the previous landlord to a new owner.
The new owner is TKO Homie Uchi Limited and from the 20th February, the property will be managed by Homie Management Limited (“Homie”).
Homie is a student housing company with properties in Newcastle, Durham, Manchester, and Leeds. Now, we’re heading to Liverpool.
